Visualizing an event on paper is very different from walking into your setup on the big day. A custom layout gives you the chance to:

• See everything to scale. Tables, chairs, dance floors, and staging are all placed accurately so you know exactly how your space will function.
• Experiment with different designs. Want the dance floor near the head table? Or the bar in a central location? You can explore different options before making a final decision.
• Plan for flow and comfort. Guests will move more easily through your event, with space for dining, dancing, and socializing.

How It Works

We’ve made the process simple. On our website, you’ll find a layout request form. Fill it out with as much detail as possible—everything from the number of tables and chairs, to the style of seating, to the location of key pieces like bars, buffets, or dance floors.

From there, our team will create a layout designed specifically for your event.

• Initial layout: $50.00
• Each revision after that: $25.00

This allows you to see your event come to life before the setup even begins.
