Ceremony Setup/Takedown Service

If you are planning to have your wedding ceremony located at a public park in the Ottawa Valley we can help you with this service. Typically public parks are rented by the customer for a select few hours. This could be 1-2 hours before the ceremony and then an hour after the ceremony. With the ceremony setup/takedown service we will deliver all your rental products to the ceremony. For chair deliveries, we will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the ceremony time, and setup as per the layout discussed. Then once the ceremony is finished our staff will arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour after the ceremony to take down.

The ceremony setup/takedown service on saturdays is a flat fee of $200.00. Delivery, rental products and taxes are extra.
